Becoming intentional creates a shift in everything we do.
Whether it is how we are at home, the professional goals we have for ourselves, or a short-term project we want to get done, intentionality makes all the difference.
A few tips:
First ask yourself, ‘What kind of person do I want to be in this?’
Second, determine, ‘What are two new things I need to make room for in my schedule?’
And Third, ‘What are three things I am currently doing, that I might set aside for this time?’
With intention comes results. It’s just a matter of setting the space for yourself, committing to something fresh, and letting some of the old take a back seat.
