When there is a part of life we are not happy with, we have a few options.
One: We can complain about it. Bring it up in nearly every conversation. Make sure others understand how unhappy we are.
Two: We can blame someone for our unhappiness. Stay fixated on changing someone else in order to ‘fix’ the unhappiness. Take extra measures of control.
or Three: We can do something about it. Taking full responsibility finds us making a plan and working the plan.
We can’t often change the mismanaged parts of life ‘just like that’, but we can deliberately and intentionally go after a shift and even an upheaval.
It may take a bit of time, but it can be done. The parts of your life that you are unhappy with, what might you do to change that?
