Negotiations

Negotiations are rife with miscommunication and conflict.

Into the mix are numerous dynamics – cultural differences, language barriers, core motives and base expectations.

One thing is certain, if negotiations are rocky you can be sure you are working towards something.

Its when negotiations become silent that we have lost.
