Communication is the hardest work of all.
And contrary to popular opinion it is our responsibility to ensure that we are making ourselves clear and that others understand what we are saying.
In this we find ourselves saying the same thing any number of ways and countless times over.
Something I particularly used to hate, I’ve now come to see the value for quite frankly nothing comes to be without clear communication of values and visions.
Communicate and then communicate some more.
Ask questions, state preferences, declare intentions…
And then say it all again as many times as necessary.
