Interruptions

Interruptions can be welcome respite if we can move with them and not against them.

Making use of the unexpected and unplanned that comes our way is a characteristic of strength and resilience.

With a bigger picture in mind we are okay with the little pieces being moved around some.

Make use of interruptions, maybe even plan for them!
