Take the appropriate time to organize the back end of things.

Do we cook better if our cupboards are organized?

Can we produce more if the environment is well set?

Will we engage deeper if anxiety about details are soothed?

The answer is, “Yes, to a point.”

The back end is an ever present constant – need it too perfect and the real work never gets done.

Take care of the back end to a point, and after that allow for a bit of chaos and simply get on with the work.
