It is never a good time to deal with disappointments, and always a good time to deal with disappointments.
Leave them to fester and life takes on illness.
Like chronic infection in the body that compromises one’s strength and overall health and well-being, disappointment unaddressed does the same thing.
I am convinced that unless addressed the regrets and losses and all that has gone contrary to plan and our own best intentions will drain our life-force from us. And we will hardly notice it.
For after time we get used to 50% capacity, 30% energy. We can’t even remember what 90% feels like.
So take the time to reconcile the disappointments of your life. Its time to walk a little freer.
