Suffering from anxiety is always evidence of a need to control.

If we didn’t want to control we wouldn’t end up anxious.

What are you afraid of? What are you trying to control?

That thing, that scenario, that possible turn of events, look it full in the face and reconcile your worst-case scenario. Come to terms with what could go horribly wrong.

Face it full on. Know deep inside yourself that even if that came to be you would still be okay.

Eliminate the need to control. Let life be what might be. And you will find yourself free from anxiety.

With all sorts of creative energy to go forward.
