There is a natural rhythm and flow to the work of the Spirit.
Allow the Holy Spirit to pour through you one day, and allow the next day to be a simple day of reminded humanity.
After the successful and powerful contest with the priests of Baal on Mount Carmel, Elijah went on alone into the wilderness where he prayed, “I have had enough Lord. Take my life, for I am no better than my ancestors who have already died.” 1 Kings 19:4
The great work of the Spirit through Elijah gave way to a deep low. In the low’s we are reminded of our utter humanity and the lost-ness of it, and physically we are wrought through with exhaustion simply because the Spirit of the living God poured through a hundred miles an hour.
This is all very normal. Learn to navigate it. Be okay with the valley and you will be able to withstand the mountain top.
It’s simply the ebb and flow of God intersecting our lives.
