Convictions:
We either have our own, or we live another’s.
We are either established in our own, or in insecurity impose them on others.
We either stand in the strength of our convictions, or we stand in the way of others convictions.
Creating truly powerful collaborations only happens once the hard work of differentiation is complete.
That powerful place where each of us stand solid in our conviction, neither taking on others as our own, and neither expecting others to live ours.
