Whenever we begin something that is new to us, it is important to limit the number of people you tell it to.

Great energy must be reserved for the action required to stick a new thing through from start to middle to end.

Don’t waste that energy by speaking too soon.

Stay in the place where you are not sure it will all work out. Stay in the place where your focus in on making it work out.

Strokes up front, the accolades of peers and friends, too soon in the process, in fact ensures failure down the road.

After all, why would we follow something through to completion if we’ve already had all our strokes at the outset.

Keep it a secret, and when there is really something to talk about, others will do the sharing for you.
