Coaches understand that dissatisfaction is the starting point of all change. In fact;

Dissatisfaction X Vision X First Steps > Resistance to Change

We do not stay in dissatisfaction for long but we use it to propel us to a vision of what we do want.

We then gain clarity of what our first steps are toward that vision, all of which adds up to something greater than our resistance to change.

We need all three parts for change to happen; Dissatisfaction, Vision, and First Steps.

Leave any of those out, and we only get what we’ve always ever got.
